The past few years in snowboarding have been full of first evers. The first double this, the first triple that and my girl Elena Hight just added one to her roster. A few weeks ago she became the first woman to ever a land a double alleyoop rodeo in the pipe. I’ve known Elena for the past 10 years and have had the pleasure of watching her progress since we were both teenagers. This season E really came into her own in the pipe and learning this trick is just the cherry on top of an already incredible season.
